I was at the Cross Iron Mill location in Alberta today. I had ask one of your sales associate (Sales Associate 1) if she can fit me for a bra, she asked me what size I currently wear and instead of fitting me for a bra properly, she guessed what my bra size would be. She gave me a 40C that did not fit at all. So, I asked another sales associate (Sales Associate 2) to fit me for a bra, and she did, which is fantastic. But I waited for 15 minutes and no bra came. So I decided to ask Sales Associate 2 what is going o and she said she gave the bra to Sales Associate 1, and asked if I got them. And I said to Sales Associate 2 No, I didn't get it, nevermind. I went back a couple mins later to complain to the manager. It turns out Sales Associate 1 (whoo did not fit me for a bra, who guessed my bra size and forgot to bring the bras that Sales Associate 2 told her to bring to me) is the Store Manager! I asked her "do you think a woman, any woman will spend $50 on a bra that was not properly fitted??" She coulsnt answer me This store location is poor on Customer Service! I stormed out of your store at the location. I will never go back and shop at this store! Horrible service!!! I couldn't believe that a manager of a maternity store would guess a woman's bra size!
