I got a creamy chill and my friend got a chocolate ice capp they never mixed it and and they put to much caffeine in the chocolate ice capp to the point where you could berally swallow it. I drink coffee almost everyday so I’m not impressed what the service I received at this local faculty.
The Richmond Tim Hortons is the worst I have been to for service. I used to go 2-3 times a day since it opened but now I go to the Eagleson road location on my way into work. It is run with way more care and efficiency. I just got tiered of the long waits in line and the cold “hot” food. It’s too bad because I normally like supporting local businesses but waiting in line 4 different times for over 15 min for a simple cup of tea at 10pm is unacceptable to say the least.
I'm a daily Tim Hortons customer... sometimes two and three times a day and so is most of.my company staff but the Tim Hortons at this location is horrible.
The service is terrible. Seem like Everytime I get to the cash my order,the order I always order is always a different price. Staff poorly trained and not knowledgeable. Owner of this location gives Tim Hortons a bad reputation.
